My name is Ember, and I’ve spent almost two decades refining the art of making things run more smoothly. Whether that was in a busy hospital, a federal office, or a fast-paced business environment, I’ve found that every environment offers something new to learn, and I love the challenge of figuring out how to make things work even better.

I bring deep experience from diverse sectors, including healthcare, the military, and government service, and I’ve built my career around one core belief: “My job is to make your job easier.”

That belief has guided me through years of supporting teams, managing complex projects, and solving administrative puzzles with a calm, strategic approach. My background includes everything from insurance verification and HIPAA-compliant data management to team supervision and high-stakes project oversight. I’ve also helped launch and grow several small businesses, applying my skills to everything from operations planning to customer service infrastructure. Along the way, I’ve earned certifications in Project Management (CAPM), Agile methodologies, and as a Certified Nursing Assistant, all of which reflect my commitment to both compassion and efficiency.
